Operation
- For cutting the stroke has to be
0,001 mm - Use different colors for things with different speed/power settings
Preferences
File > print > setup > preferences
- Set speed/power settings for each color
- turn on air for each color
Choose the position mode:
Hometo start job from machine home positionRelativeto start from wherever the laser head is
When using position mode Home it’s neccessary to check Extend
Engraving
When engraving (stroke > 0,001 mm) the settings (speed, power) for the black is some circumstances (still figuring out when) the black settings are used even if the shapes have other colors.
Just keep things to engrave black whenever possible.
Cut stroked lines
Inkscape: Set stroked path, Path > Stroke to path ???
